NCCF, an organized ion registered under the Multi State Cooperative Societies Act with wide ranging business operations (www.nccf-india.com) is interested to fill up the following vacancies at its Head Office at New Delhi and Branch offices located all over the country.
1. General Manager (2 Posts) – One for Commercial and one for Pers. & admn. based at New Delhi
§ Pay Scale: Rs. 29500-55000 + allowances as admissible (Gross Salary Rs.51, 625/- approx.)
§ Qualification & Experience: MBA or PG Diploma in the concerned field with minimum 10 years’ experience in a Govt. Organization, Public Sector Undertakings or National/State level Cooperative Organization or Private Sector Enterprise of repute, of which minimum of 5 years’ experience as Head of the Department. (Persons to be recruited in Administration & Personnel should have also a Law degree and appropriate experience in dealing with Labour Laws.
§ Age: Upto 50 years.
2. General Manager (A/CS & Finance) (1Post) based at New Delhi
§ Pay Scale: Rs. 29500-55000 + allowances as admissible (Gross salary Rs.51, 625/- approx.)
§ Qualification & Experience: Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant or MBA with specialization in finance with at least 10 years’ experience in a Govt. Organization, Public Sector Undertakings or National/State level Cooperative Organization or Private Sector Enterprise of repute, of which minimum of 5 years’ experience should be as Head of the A/CS & Finance Division.
§ Age: Upto 50 years.
3. Manager (Foreign Trade) :( 1Post) based at New Delhi.
§ Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100 + allowances as admissible – Initial Basic Pay Rs.22, 320/- (Gross salary Rs.39, 060/- approx.)
§ Qualification & Experience: MBA or PG Diploma with specification in International Trade with minimum of 10 years’ relative experience in a Govt. Organization, Public Sector Undertakings or National level Cooperative Organization or Private Sector Enterprise of repute, of which minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior position.
§ Age: Upto 45 years.
4. Executive Trainee (9 Posts) based at New Delhi and other places.
§ Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800 + allowances as admissible (Gross salary Rs.16,275/- approx.)
§ Qualification & Experience: MBA/ PG Diploma in the field of Administration & Personnel, Sales/ Marketing or Chartered/Cost Accountants with 5 years’ experience in a Cooperative Organization/Public Sector Undertakings or repute Private Organization in a middle level position. Selected trainees may be placed in the pay scale of Rs.15600-39100 as Deputy Managers after successful completion of training of one year or any extended period.
§ Age: Upto 35 years.
4. Private Secretary (2 Posts)
§ Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800 + allowances as admissible (Gross salary Rs.16, 275/- approx.)
§ Qualification & Experience: Graduate with shorthand speed of 120 w.p.m. and typing speed of 60 w.p.m. with at least 5 years' experience as Sr. Stenographer. Should be capable of independent Correspondence and adequate knowledge of working with computer (should be well conversant with latest version of MS office, e-mail and Internet operations).
§ Age: Upto 35 years.
A. Interested persons may submit their applications in plain paper along with complete Bio-data with a fee of Rs.500/- in the form of Demand Draft payable to NCCF at New Delhi within 21 days from the date of publication to the Manager (P&A) at the address mentioned above.
B. The officers of Central Govt/State Govts. /PSUs may send advance copies and route their applications through proper channel.
C. Short-listed candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA will be paid for the interview.
D. Persons intending to join NCCF on deputation may also submit their applications through their parent departments clearly mentioning that they would either accept the terms & conditions of the parents department or that of NCCF.
E. Pay will include DA and HRA at applicable rates.
F. Posts are transferable at any place in India.
